Solid day at work today. Dont say that too often, but I got to stay positive. Had some crispy honey chicken from P.F. Changs for lunch, which was probably the reason it was a good day....here's a before and after.

Day Off

The weather in Phoenix is finally starting to cool off. Today I was off from work, so I spent the day at the park with my wife and daughter, than afterwards we hit up Johnny Rockets. Wrapped up the night with getting a much needed fade. I was way past due. Thank you Tanica.

Raindrops

Had a nice real chill 3 day weekend. Decided to wash my car Saturday morning, only to find out we'd be getting rain like 2 hours later. The only luck I have, is bad luck. I spent most of the day Sunday watching football. I was a little upset about the Chargers losing, but we'll be alright. Here's a couple shots of the sky and rain coming to town....taken while driving. I need to stop doing that. Can you spot the plane in the last pic?

10 milli is Diamond

Here's my first design for the Diamond contest. I went with a pretty basic theme for this one. In record sales, 10 million is considered Diamond. I flipped that a little, with the scattered diamonds on the front, and the Over 10 Million Sold with the Diamond logo on the top back. More of a basic design, but in my opinion, when you incorporate to much on a tee, things get looked over.

Lights Out

Chargers LB Shawne Merriman was accused of choking tila tequila this morning outside his home in Poway. I ask myself why??? There's been a lot of negative's in the news about my team over the last couple of seasons. Only a week before the season opener, this is definitely a little bit of a set back for the Shawne and the team. From the information thats come out, its sounding to me like he got a bad wrap. Authorities are saying that tila was intoxicated, and that Shawne wasnt, and there was no bodily harm on her. They said she looked fine. There were also witnesses at the time who claim that nothing bad even happened. She's a psycho, he shouldnt of even had her around. My guess is that charges will be dropped, she'll get some money out of it, and things will be cool. The raiders better be ready next Monday, cause you know Shawne cant wait to hit someone after this! 

The Last 24

Last night was the first night my wife and I actually got to go out for a while now. We checked out First Fridays with a couple of old friends. There was some cool artwork there, but it wasnt really my kinda scene. Afterwards, we hit up The Yard House at Westgate which was dope...Woke up this Saturday to the sounds of rain and lightning which made the day a good one from the get go. I had a few things to handle today, so I shuffled my Ipod, and cruised the city. Took some random pics of the last 24....

Damn, Im at a point in life where my current ways of providing for my family arent cutting it. The same o'l routine, 9 to 5, isnt for me. I've been in my current profession for too long, and my time is slowly coming to an end. Even though Im not satisfied with were Im at, I have picked up a lot of skills that will help me out in the future. Every day that passes, is like a missed opportunity to me. Work should be something that you back 100%, and are purely interested in. I've had business plans set for the last couple years, but havent made that next jump. Its looking like 2010 will be the year.....

Today was payday, which always makes for a good day. But, as of late, payday is more like pay bills day. As soon as that direct deposit hits the account, its gone! And no, I didnt hit up any bars, or events or go raging on this Friday night! Im pretty low key. I got a family to take care of, and thats just how it goes. We went out for some Mongolian BBQ tonight, than hit up Westgate and let Tiana enjoy herself in the water area. I swooped up a new Chargers fitted(cant wait for football season to start) and on the way out seen a pretty sick RR Phantom.....Here's some images of my Friday with my fam!
